PRO is a one-time unlock
OmniFret PRO is a one-time $24.99 digital unlock. It is not a subscription, and there is no recurring billing from OmniFret.
Refunds go through the platform store
Purchases are made through the platform store — Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS. Each store controls refund approval and payment handling, so refund requests must use Google's or Apple's refund process rather than OmniFret directly.
Both stores usually let you request a refund shortly after purchase through a self-service flow. For older purchases, contact the relevant store's support.
Entitlement problems
If your store shows a successful purchase but OmniFret does not unlock PRO after restore, email grsmith@omnifret.app. Include the purchase time and the store account used (Google Play or App Store) if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If Google Play or the App Store offers a stronger refund right in your region, that store's policy applies.
Future changes
If OmniFret introduces a subscription or launches through another store in the future, this policy will be updated before that purchase option is offered.
